How do I Track my order?
We highly recommend that all clients not only select a tracked service at checkout, but to also keep an eye on the passage of your parcel to you by checking the tracking website for the shipping service you selected at checkout at least once a day.
When each order is shipped we send you a confirmation e-mail which - for tracked services - contains the tracking number and a link to the tracking website for the shipping service you selected at checkout. Simply use the tracking number on the shipping services tracking website and you will see where your parcel is up to.
If your order has only been despatched today then please wait until later tonight or tomorrow morning to try tracking your parcel as it will still need to be collected from our premises today.
If you selected to send your order with an untracked service then please note that you will not be able to find out where the parcel is - we will not be able to assist you with finding or tracking the parcel.
What delivery options do you have and how much will delivery cost?
We ship worldwide and our clients only pay the amount charged by the courier. The total amount for delivery will depend on the delivery address and method selected. Please visit our dedicated delivery page for more information.
My parcel has not yet arrived, what do I need to do next?
Once a parcel has been picked up by the courier or postal company which you selected to send your parcel with at checkout, please note that we have no control over the actions of that company. We will assist where we can but if your parcel has not arrived yet - and it is past the estimated shipping times shown at checkout - then the fastest way to find out where it is is to contact the shipping service with whom the parcel was sent, using the tracking number which was sent to you when your parcel was despatched. This is the fastest way as all information shared with you by the courier would be firsthand information which makes it easier for you to interact with them and get your parcel delivered. Also if there are any issues with delivering to your address (for example the courier is not able to find your house or office), then the person best placed to give them that information is you.
Please find contact details and information below for the various courier or postal service companies:
A. Tracked services: 1. Royal Mail. Covid-19 delays: Please note that the Royal Mail have reported delays with international parcels due to the lower number of passenger flights - which usually carry their parcels - leaving the UK. The good news is that parcels do arrive, but please allow quite a bit longer for them to do so. This is especially the case with the United States of America. All tracking advice below still applies.

What does 'BPR' mean in courier shipping options?
BPR stands for 'Balance Paid on Returns'. As the name suggests you only pay the balance amount due for delivery if you return items to us. Return no items - or just a few - and you will enjoy the savings made on shipping your order to you.
For returns made we only charge $5.00/5.00/₤5.00 (currency used will be your order currency) per return item capped at the balance owed to The Safari Store for delivery. This cap is calculated as the difference between the DHL or UPS shipping price shown in the basket and the amount you paid for the BPR offer.
It is a no-brainer really to use this offer as you never pay more than the DHL or UPS shipping amount shown alongside the BPR offer in the basket and you save if you return a few or no items. For example you order in US dollars and purchase 4 items from us and you pay $26.00 for BPR, rather than the full DHL or UPS shipping cost of $31. If you do not return any items to us then you save $5 on shipping, and if you return 1 or more items to us then we will only charge you the balance due of $5 on the first item returned. For larger orders we would only charge $5 per return item to be taken off your refund - up to the DHL or UPS amount - and no more. By using this offer you agree to being charged as above for returns made.
Are you able to give me an estimate of delivery or shipping timings to my address?
Thank you for your query. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout with the shipping options. While shipping times are usually faster than these estimated times - for example DHL to the USA is often as fast as 3 business days - we are not able to guarantee timings and that is why they are estimates. Please do also visit our dedicated delivery page for country specific information.
