Information on shipping your order to you.
We are proud to offer our premier safari & travel range to our clients in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and many other countries worldwide. Please visit our dedicated delivery page to find out where we ship to, and the estimated shipping costs and timings for shipping to your country. Select your country from the drop down list. Please do also read the terms & information included on that page.
We highly recommend that all clients not only select a tracked service at checkout, but to also keep an eye on the passage of your parcel to you by checking the tracking website for the shipping service you selected at checkout at least once a day.
When each order is shipped we send you a confirmation e-mail which - for tracked services - contains the tracking number and a link to the tracking website for the shipping service you selected at checkout. Simply use the tracking number on the shipping services tracking website and you will see where your parcel is up to.
If your order has only been despatched today then please wait until later tonight or tomorrow morning to try tracking your parcel as it will still need to be collected from our premises today.
If you selected to send your order with an untracked service then please note that you will not be able to find out where the parcel is - we will not be able to assist you with finding or tracking the parcel.
We ship worldwide and our clients only pay the amount charged by the courier. The total amount for delivery will depend on the delivery address and method selected. Please visit our dedicated delivery page for more information.
Once a parcel has been picked up by the courier or postal company which you selected to send your parcel with at checkout, please note that we have no control over the actions of that company. We will assist where we can but if your parcel has not arrived yet - and it is past the estimated shipping times shown at checkout - then the fastest way to find out where it is is to contact the shipping service with whom the parcel was sent, using the tracking number which was sent to you when your parcel was despatched. This is the fastest way as all information shared with you by the courier would be firsthand information which makes it easier for you to interact with them and get your parcel delivered. Also if there are any issues with delivering to your address (for example the courier is not able to find your house or office), then the person best placed to give them that information is you.

Covid-19 delays: Please note that the Royal Mail have reported delays with international parcels due to the lower number of passenger flights - which usually carry their parcels - leaving the UK. The good news is that parcels do arrive, but please allow quite a bit longer for them to do so. This is especially the case with the United States of America. All tracking advice below still applies.
